HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ...

EXPEREINCE ONGPING AS I WRITE THIS...

we took a car day before from the Bangalore office. The car was dirty -- tyres worn out -- had garbage inside and MOST IMPORTANTLY THE BRAKES WERE WORN OUT .

we started driving and within an hour on the highway the brakes started making noises.i Parked and called the helpline who asked me to do tinge while they organise and revert back.

I reached my destination by when the brakes were completely worn out and we kept discussing with the company call centre for over 3 hours .

Now the car is in the resort and I had to rent a tourist vehicle locally despite paying in full for the car in advance .

We have had more than 25 calls with the company and multiple email exchanges . I have been informed by their Bangalore office that they don't have any tie up for road assistance outside Bangalore wherein I had clearly asked them before booking regd roadside assistance and was told it's all over India .

Then they had the cheek to ask me to take the car to a service centre and get their brake pads and discs repaired !!!! This on my vacation time .... plus I pay for it and they will reimburse later .

There's no way I am trusting them with a single penny more .

We are now stuck with full.payment made and a car with full tank of gas sitting idle while our vacation has been completely ruined due to the false promises by the company and false and misleading advertising .

PLS BEWARE ..ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO TRAVEL WITH YOUR FAMILY AS THESE PEOPLE WILL LEAVE ON THE RAODSIDE ....

I GUESS WE ARE STILL NOT READY FOR THE SELF DRIVE CAR GENERATION IN INDIA THANKS TO COMPANIES LIKE THESE....
