Everything that went down at Milind Soman’s intimate wedding with Ankita Konwar!

Just a couple of days after getting secretly engaged and raising speculations nationwide, Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar tied the knot and I couldn’t be happier! The couple had a very intimate wedding at Alibaug where only their near and dear ones attended the ceremony!

Milind and Ankita chose to get hitched with the Assamese-Maharashtrian rituals and the pictures took social media by storm (obviously). It was a 5 day affair and here’s everything you need to know about this intimate wedding ceremony:

The mehndi :

The Sangeet:

I am in love with both of their outfits here. Ankita’s red saree with hints of blue is complementing Milind’s blue kurta perfectly. Totally adore her minimal bun of gende-ka-phool and minimal jewellry.

Haldi:

After the traditional maharashtrian haldi ceremony the couple threw a haldi party the next afternoon and by the looks of it, they had a great time there!

Totally adore Ankita’s yellow Arpita Mehta lehenga paired with floral jewellry with hints of yellow in it.

How stunning does Milind look in the full blown dhoti-kurta look? I am going to take some time to admire it, you scroll down for more pictures below!

Well well, Usha Soman was spotted shaking a leg at her son’s haldi too and by the looks of it, seemed really happy!

Wedding:

The wedding took place with Assamese and Maharashtrian rituals and was too beautiful to put into words.

Ankita wore a beige and golden saree with a puffed-pleated blouse and looked her stunning self. What really stole my heart was the maharashtrian nath though! *So Cute*

I was in love with the way how the couple coordinated the outfit for the wedding and looked just too cute to handle!

Also, how pretty is the all-floral Mundavalya (head-band) worn both by Milind and Ankita?
