Anushka Rajan and her long time beau Abhishek got hitched in the most gorgeous wedding at Abu Dhabi. From the biggest families in Bollywood to the most unique and beautiful decor, Anushka’s wedding has given us tos of goals!

The Sangeet

The sangeet ceremony took place at the Emirates Palace garden with its breathtaking view of the beach. This was followed by a ‘Miami meets Havana’ themed party, where the entire outdoors was decorated with fresh flowers and fruit. Abhishek Bachchan grooved to “Zingat” and other songs, just like any happy brother at his sister’s wedding, swaying the hearts of hundreds of women in the process!

Anushka wore a pastel lehenga with an off-shoulder fringe top and a choker necklace tocomplete her bridal look!

The Wedding

The wedding was a stylish event attended by the who’s who of the film and industrial fraternity. Some of the family’s guests included Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Anil Agarwal, Tina Ambani, Bijal and Hetal Meswani, Anand Jain, Praful and Varsha Patel, Pinky and Sanjay Reddy, Ashok and Harsha Hinduja, Sajjan and Sangita Jindal, Tanvi and Krishna Shete, Parth and Anushree Jindal, Amit Bhosale and Athiya Shetty. The wedding itself was hosted on the hotel’s terrace which overlooks the azure waters of the Abu Dhabi beach.

The mandap was covered with hundreds of beautiful red and white roses. The white and ivory theme of the wedding decor was an aesthetic mix of traditional and contemporary.

Anushka chose a gorgeous creation by master craftsman and bridal favorite Sabyasachi Mukherjee in dull gold and pink, the lehenga choli accessorized with delicate heirloom jewelry.
